Prices have been frozen for next season – while the cost of kids' tickets has been slashed.

Wolves hope that the offers entice fans back to Molineux and boost attendances.

Season tickets for under-12s will cost £23 around the ground (an offer previously only available in the Family Enclosure) and under-17s has been reduced a whopping £190 to £50.

The 'early bird' prices are available until April 3. Ticket sales will then continue until the end of May and if 16,500 are sold then every adult supporter who has bought a season ticket will be entitled to a partial refund of between £57.50 and £119.

The more expensive the season ticket, the more money supporters will be refunded. The refund won't be on offer should Wolves win promotion to the Premier League this season.

Around 13,500 season tickets were sold for the current season but Wolves hope to boost that figure significantly, with the refund offer and the feelgood factor currently surrounding the club under new boss Paul Lambert.

Managing director Laurie Dalrymple said: "We are pleased to be informing supporters of a series of ticketing initiatives under our Raised by Wolves campaign, to try and encourage more fans back to Molineux.

"We are implementing this ticket initiative for several reasons.

"Firstly, we have listened to feedback from supporters in terms of ticketing and our prices, and once again have frozen our prices for those who purchase their season ticket in the forthcoming sales window, with the added incentive of receiving some money back if sales reach 16,500.

"Secondly, we are extremely appreciative of the high number of supporters who already attend matches and support the team with such passion and enthusiasm.

"Head coach Paul Lambert has made regular mention of the importance of that bond between the players and the fans, as recently as at Liverpool on Saturday.

"We want to try and help Paul and the players by building on that relationship already in place, and encouraging more supporters to come to Molineux and give an even greater backing to the team.

"We believe this target is achievable, if we are able to work with our existing season ticket holders in spreading the word and encouraging supporters who have stopped attending matches – or indeed those who have yet to go to a match – to come to Molineux."

The 16,500 figure must include 14,400 adult tickets.
