Fans rush to snap up new Wolves shirts
Sales of Wolves' new home shirts have topped 5,000 in just three weeks – the highest number sold since they last reached the Premier League in 2009.
A new delivery of the gold and black jerseys manufactured by Puma is set to arrive towards the end of June, but, in the meantime, there are still some limited sizes available after they flew off the shelves at the quickest rate in five years.
The shirts were launched in time for the final home game of the season against Carlisle – when they worn by the first team for the first time - following the pop-up art gallery launch by head coach Kenny Jackett, captain Sam Ricketts and team-mates Carl Ikeme, Danny Batth
Also, the club say fans can pre-order their out-of-stock size now to secure their new home shirt as part of the next shipment.
Fans can go online to www.wolvesmegastore.co.uk or visit the club's outlets at Molineux or Dudley Street in Wolverhampton city centre.
The new Puma away kit will be launched in July.
Wolves head of commercial affairs Paul Lakin said: "We're delighted the home shirt has been so well received and the record sales speak for themselves.
"We have a new delivery arriving at the end of June, where more sizes will again become available.
"We're advising fans to grab their home shirt as early as possible to avoid disappointment, with a sell-out likely as the season progresses."
