Win a chance to take on ex-Wolves goalkeeper Matt Murray

Wolves fans have the chance to take on former keeper Matt Murray from the penalty spot at Jody Craddock's testimonial.

Three lucky supporters will do battle with Murray in a special spot-kicks competition, with the prize for the winner a pair of goalkeeping gloves worn and signed by current Wolves custodian Carl Ikeme.

To have the chance of taking on Murray, fans are being asked to take a picture of themselves with their ticket for the game and send it to the @JC6Testimonial Twitter page.

Their names will then go into a hat with Murray, who is part of the game's organising team, drawing out the lucky winners this Monday.

The testimonial match – which takes place on May 5 at Molineux – comes two days after Wolves' final game of the season. Organisers hope to raise large amounts for charity, while supporters are also looking to use the occasion as an unofficial celebration after winning League One.

Craddock, 38, won two promotions to the Premier League during his career, with Wolves in 2008-09 and with Sunderland in 1998-99.

Many of those involved in those title-winning campaigns are due to pay tribute to the defender. With several among the current Wolves squad hoping to play a part, it promises to be the biggest gathering of past and present Wolves players at the stadium for years.

Mick McCarthy and Terry Connor are poised to manage the Wolves side with Bobby Saxton, No.2 to Peter Reid when Sunderland won the title, in charge of the visitors. Former Wolves players who will appear if available include Murray, Wayne Hennessey, Neill Collins, Stephen Ward, Michael Kightly, Karl Henry, David Jones, Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, Chris Iwelumo and Seyi Olofinjana.

Niall Quinn and Kevin Phillips are set to resume their legendary strike partnership for Sunderland.

Tickets are on sale at www.wolves.co.uk. Prices are £10 for adults, £5 for concessions (u17/over-65s), or £20 for a family of two adults and two children. The Billy Wright and Stan Cullis Stands will be open. Part of the proceeds are going to Birmingham Children's Hospital.
