Wolves today signed Walsall centre-back Jamie Tank for £20,000 on a two-year deal.
The 18-year-old, one of the Saddlers' most highly rated youth products, was one of five scholars offered a professional deal at the Banks's Stadium in April and captained their youth team.
But after impressing Wolves' scouts last season, the clubs agreed a compensation package and he is seen as a player who can be groomed in the Molineux development team.
