Hull City pair Jake Livermore and Andy Robertson on the West Brom radar

Baggies boss Tony Pulis is reportedly eyeing up summer swoops for two Hull City players while Swansea are contemplating a £5 million bid for James Chester.

The 58-year-old has been watching midfielder Jake Livermore and defender Andrew Robertson in recent weeks as he prepares for a series of personnel changes this summer.

Robertson was a Pulis target last summer but Hull did not want to sell their young left-back, who's valued at £8 million.

Highly-rated and still just 22 years old, the Scottish international has been linked with Arsenal and Chelsea in the past.

Livermore began his career at Tottenham Hotspur before joining Hull permanently in the summer of 2014 after a successful season-long loan.

Like Robertson, the 26-year-old Englishman fits the mould of player that Pulis usually purchases.

Both have Premier League experience and both hail from the UK.

Albion have dipped into Hull's squad before.

They bought Chester from the Tigers for £8 million last summer, but now Swansea are being linked with a £5 million bid for the Welsh defender.

The Swans wanted to bring Chester in on loan in January but at that stage the Baggies were unwilling to give a player to a relegation rival.

Although the 27-year-old made just three appearances in the first 24 league games of the season, he is now enjoying a run in the Albion team.

It hasn't gone unnoticed by Wales boss Chris Coleman with Euro 2016 looming in the summer.

"Thankfully James has had a run of games now which is a relief because if you are not playing, no matter how much training you do, you will be a bit short," Coleman said.

"He has been playing for West Brom and that is important."
