Both sides have been punished for an incident that occurred around the 58th minute of the 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge on January 13.

A flare up, following a challenge by Claudio Yacob on Chelsea forward Diego Costa, prompted a furious response from both sets of players.

Albion must pay £35,000 for their part in the melee, while Chelsea have been hit with a £65,000 bill. Referee Anthony Taylor had to deal with numerous flashpoints during the game.

It's the second time in as many months the Baggies have been hit with such a charge. They were fined £25,000 after admitting to breaching FA rules in last month's 1-1 draw with Tottenham.
