West Brom consider Jonny Evans move
West Brom boss Tony Pulis is considering a move for Manchester United defender Jonny Evans.
Pulis has identified Northern Ireland international as a possible key addition to his defence with Evans likely to leave Old Trafford this summer.
United reportedly value Evans at around £10m but Albion would not pay that much as the 27-year-old only has a year left on his contract.
The Baggies already have Gareth McAuley, Joleon Lescott and Jonas Olsson as specialist centre-backs while Craig Dawson favours a central role but ended last season in good form as Pulis's first-choice right back.
Olsson's future is also uncertain as he enters the final year of his current Hawthorns deal.
Evans has played 197 times for United and is a team-mate of McAuley and former Albion captain Chris Brunt at international level.
