The talented duo have both faced a spell on the sidelines recently with ankle injuries but were introduced from the bench in Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Rochdale.

Both Bradshaw and Henry have been linked with moves away from the Banks's this January.

Bradshaw is believed to be a target for Championship sides Huddersfield, Wolves and Preston, while Premier League heavyweights Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester United are all credited with an interest in Henry.

But the pair helped play down the speculation surrounding their future by featuring for Walsall's reserves against Shrewsbury on Tuesday as they work their way back to full fitness.

"It's a big plus that we have got Tom Bradshaw and Rico Henry back coming up to the FA Cup tie," the former Nottingham Forest and Doncaster Rovers boss said.

"Tom has been missed but the lads have done really well in his absence.

"It's nice to see Rico back. It makes it harder and harder to pick the team.

"Rico is a young lad and he is going to make mistakes. He will do things experienced players don't do.

"But he is lovely to watch and he has got a big future."

Meanwhile, Walsall have confirmed young striker Amadou Bakayoko has signed a new contract that will keep him at the club until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old forward penned a deal in the summer that ran until the end of 2015 but has now been given the chance to extend his stay at the Banks's.

Bakayoko, who spent time on loan at AFC Telford earlier this campaign, has made one appearance for the Saddlers this season - coming off the bench in the 1-1 FA Cup draw at Chesterfield last month.
