Saddlers 'must find a way to break down teams'
Andy Taylor believes Walsall need to find more ways to break down teams following their frustrating defeat to Bury.
The Saddlers slipped off top spot in League One after Dave Flitcroft's Shakers came away from the Banks's Stadium with a 1-0 victory on Saturday.
But the result didn't tell the story of the game with Dean Smith's side dominating possession while Bury sat back to defend a sixth-minute lead given to them by winger Craig Jones.
And while defender Taylor felt their were lots of positives in the performance, he says they count for nothing if the Saddlers don't win games.
"Frustration is the right word for that game," he said.
"We controlled possession but we just couldn't find that goal.
"On another day we would have won it comfortably and you couldn't argue that we didn't deserve to win.
"They came with a game plan and they pulled it off.
"But it is up to us to try and break teams down when they set up like that.
"We huffed and puffed creating chances wise but when we are in those situations it's up to use to find a way to break through."
