WATCH: Albion's Rob Kelly speaks on Irvine's sacking and team's upcoming match

West Brom's caretaker manager Rob Kelly has addressed the media ahead of the New Year's Day game at West Ham – the club's first since the sacking of Alan Irvine.

Kelly, who joined the club with Irvine in June, will take charge at Upton Park alongside Keith Downing and Dean Kiely.

The Express & Star and other newspapers were excluded from today's press conference but Kelly spoke to broadcast 'rights holders'.
