David Moore was arrested at the game after fans stormed the pitch when Villa won the game 2-0.

Moore, aged 26, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday where he admitted failing to comply with a previous football banning order, which he received in 2013.

He was also handed a 12-week curfew and a community service order, and was forced to pay a victim surcharge.

Moore, of Castle Bromwich, was one of 17 arrested after the match at Villa Park, although it is not thought he was involved in the disorder itself.

The ban stops him attending any football stadium in the country to watch a match for the next three years.
