Work underway on Bilbrook development
Houses are beginning to take shape on a development where 160 homes will be built in South Staffordshire.
A total of 164 properties will be built by housing firm Bloor Homes Midlands at the site off Pendeford Mill Lane in Bilbrook.
And a village green will be “central” to the development which will see 40 per cent offered as affordable housing for rent or shared ownership.
It comes after planning chiefs at South Staffordshire Council approved plans from Bloor Homes to develop the site in 2019. Bloor Homes has also committed to spending £265,000 to fund extra school places as part of an agreement with the council.
