Town centre Poundland branch closing down
Poundland is closing its town centre store in Stourbridge after its lease came to an end, bosses have confirmed.
The discount store, in The Ryemarket Shopping Centre on the town's High Street, is shutting its doors for good this Wednesday.
A spokesman for the chain said: "We're as disappointed as our colleagues and customers to be closing our store in Ryemarket Shopping Centre, Stourbridge.
"Sadly, our lease has expired. Where we close a store, it goes without saying we always work hard to look after colleagues directly affected."
