Hundreds of cannabis plants seized by police in drugs bust

Around 600 cannabis plants have been seized by officers after a warrant was carried out in the Black Country.

West Midlands Police made the bust – and later destroyed the plants – at a property in Kingswinford on Thursday.

Officers from Brierley Hill said on social media: "Officers [have] conducted a successful warrant.

"Around 600 plants found and destroyed from the premises in Kingswinford, with one male in custody."

It is currently not known where the location of the bust was.
