Officers from West Midlands Police acted on information and raided an industrial unit in Park Lane, in the Park Village area of Wolverhampton.
When they searched the location, police found three cars, two caravans and a motorbike – which are all suspected of being stolen – as well as some vehicle parts.
A double-barrelled shotgun, cannabis and suspected Class A drugs were also seized after a search of the premises.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Three men were arrested following the execution of the warrant on Monday evening. A 38-year-old man was detained on suspicion of handling stolen goods, and also possession of a shotgun without a certificate.
"A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods, possession of drugs and in relation to the shotgun, while a 27-year-old was detained over handling, possessing a shotgun and for theft of a motor vehicle.
"They have all been bailed pending further enquiries.
"We are continually urging members of the public to report any suspicious activity, and garages or units they believe could be taking stolen vehicles."
