Vandals strike at Staffordshire village

Two buildings were smashed and vandalised in a Staffordshire village at the start of this week.

A window was smashed and graffiti was written in black spray paint on walls at the pavilion in Swan Lane, while black spray paint was also used to graffiti walls on the Village Hall in Salters Gran.

Both incidents happened sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday.,

Anyone with any information should contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident numbers 509 or 565 of June 1.

It comes after a shed was broken into at a property in Seedcroft Lane in Abbots Bromley on May 31.

It is believed the offenders were disturbed, as a bike that was removed from the shed was left at the address.

Two males, described as white and wearing dark blue tracksuit trousers and hoodies, were seen leaving the scene just after 9pm.

Anyone with information should contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 845 of May 31.
