Warehouse worker Samuel Bishop from Hamilton Drive, Wordsley in Stourbridge will appear before Dudley Magistrates Court tomorrow accused of two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs with intent to cause distress.

The charge follows an allegation that a 25-year-old local woman had her Facebook profile photograph changed to one of a sexual nature, taken when in a former relationship. It is also alleged that this image was sent to other users of the popular, global social networking site.
