Darlaston recycling plant blaze
Fire crews were called to a recycling plant in Darlaston this afternoon to tackle a blaze involving 15 tonnes of recycled foam.

Around 60 staff from European Metal Recycling had to be evacuated when firefighters were called to the site at around 3pm.
Crews managed to get the fire in the yard under control within half an hour.
Bentley Road South was closed for around an hour and residents were advised to stay indoors due to rising smoke.
