What was Liam Payne doing on 34th floor ledge?
Teetering on the brink of a 360ft-high ledge, Wolverhampton pop star Liam Payne poses for a photograph after climbing from a window at his London apartment.

The star has now been forced to apologise after this snap showing him just inches from the edge of a 34th floor balcony.

It is believed the photo was taken during a visit from some of his friends from the Black Country who had joined him to celebrate bandmate Zayn Malik's 21st birthday.
It came hours after he made a plea to followers of his band to stop visiting his home.
Former St Peter's Collegiate School pupil Liam took to Twitter to say:
Earlier, the One Direction singer had begged fans to leave him alone and complained that people had been hanging around his house and taking pictures.
He said:
1D made history when Midnight Memories hit the US chart at number one, making them the only group to see their first three albums go top in the opening week.
