The pacy left-footer is one of the youngest of Saddlers' second-year YTS scholars, but he has impressed manager Richard Money.

Sansara, who hails from Walsall, was recommended to the club's youth team head, Mick Halsall, by former Saddlers manager Kevan Broadhurst before he took the Bescot hot seat.

Broadhurst saw Sansara playing in a trial game for a Birmingham City youth team at Halesowen and recommended him to Walsall when Blues did not offer him a place in their youth training scheme.

He impressed for the youth team and has become a regular in Mark Kinsella's reserves squad in the last year.

He has signed a deal until the end of next season with the option to extend it if he does well.

A host of Walsall old boys were today queuing up to become Richard Money's new right-hand man as the search began for Mark Kinsella's replacement.

Player-coach Kinsella was due to say goodbye to Bescot after today's clash with fellow promotion hopefuls Swindon.

Several coaches with Saddlers links look set to join the race for the job. They include former Walsall and Blues captain Martin O'Connor, ex-Saddlers coach Frank Barlow and former Bescot defenders Stuart Watkiss and Ian Brightwell.
