Kaiser Chiefs to play Uttoxeter Racecourse

Oh my god we can't believe it, there are still tickets to see Leeds chart destroyers Kaiser Chiefs at Uttoxeter Racecourse.

(Friendly) riots are predicted when they ride in to rock Uttoxeter, in Staffordshire, on Saturday, May 20. A sell-out crowd is expected for the latest edition of the racecourse's annual Live Music Raceday.

Primarily inspired by new wave and punk rock music of the late 70s and 80s, the band have released six original studio albums. Their record Employment won three Brits – including Best British Group and an NME award for Best Album. It was also shortlisted for the Mercury Prize.

Executive director David MacDonald said: "We've been able to establish our Live Music Raceday as one of the premier live music events in The Midlands."
