Anglo-American music night coming to Wolverhampton

A night of music which will explore the musical relationship of England and America will be held next month.

The City of Wolverhampton Choir will be staging their concert, Shared – Music across the Atlantic, on November 7.

The choir will be led by its American conductor Daniel Galbreath.

Music will range from an anthem by the English composer Purcell to the 20th century piece 'Frostiana' by Randall Thompson.

The concert starts at 7.30pm and will be held at the United Reformed Church on Penn Road. Tickets are £10 and under-18s go free.
