Workers have filled in a pothole outside shops that was left half finished by Walsall Council because it only owned part of the land.
Shoppers and traders were outraged when the council repaired its part of the site outside shops in Sneyd Hall Road, Dudley Fields, in Bloxwich.
Now Walsall Housing Group which owns the other bit completed the work yesterday.
Resident Mrs Anne Kenn, aged 75, from Heath Road said: "The council is a disgrace. That pothole has been like that for years."
