Rock chick Pink wowed fans with breathtaking mid-air acrobatics during a sell-out show at Birmingham's NIA.

The feisty star brought her Funhouse tour to the city and gave colourful performances of some of her biggest hits both old and new.

But it was her amazing stunts, performed some 30 feet above the stage, that drew gasps from the audience.

At one point she swung upside down on a trapeze and for another stunt dived down towards the stage on a bungee rope.

Her singing was perfect, even when she was suspended mid-air, on her back and spinning rapidly on her harness.

She opened the show with Bad Influence and went on to give emotional performances of some of her well-known tracks Just Like a Pill, Trouble, Get the Party Started and U and Ur Hand.

Her recent UK chart topper So What got the audience up on their feet as did Get the Party Started.

She also sang covers of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody and Crazy by Gnarls Barkley, proving her voice sounds excellent on both rock and soul tracks.
