Man shot on pub car park

A man was shot by a gunman on a pub car park in Wolverhampton - just weeks after another victim was gunned down nearby.

The 23-year-old was blasted outside The Pegasus, in Whitmore Reans, at around 11pm yesterday. He was taken to New Cross Hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Today the pub remained cordoned off.

Detectives said there was "no indication of any links" to the murder of Luke Harris, 26, two months ago.
