Blues grab a draw with a last minute penalty - but Eduardo's career threatening injury is main talking point.

The mere fact there is no replay shows how horrendous the injury is.

12.56: Eduardo has now been down for four minutes and there is an army of medics around him.

It is too early to say for sure, but this looks very, very bad.

12.53: Eduardo looks serious, they are taking great care with him on the stretcher, and he is not moving.

TV will not show the replay and the faces of the Arsenal players say it all - they look shocked and sickened.

12.51: Eduardo goes down holding his leg in agony and the referee red cards Martin Taylor. Shock start at St Andrew's.

12.46: Fast paced opening from Blues, they are snapping at the Arsenal heels.

12.45: A minute's silence for former Blues captain Len Boyd who died this week.

12.42: The players take the field to a rousing reception. The PA system at St Andrew's has to be one of the loudest around, reverberating in the ageing main stand. Any louder and it may help dislodge a few slates.

12.43: The kick off is minutes away and it looks like Blues will field Forssell and McFadden upfront with Kapo wide left.

12.34: Just ten minutes from kick off at a dull and overcast St Andrew's. Arsenal fans seem in confident mood this morning (see below).
