A car dealer who claims to have spotted a "Dorito shape" flying over the Black Country has told of the moment he spotted the unexplained object.

Paranormal enthusiast Craig Lowe, filmed what he says was a triangular shaped UFO in the skies over his home.

The 32-year-old from Quinton works at All Electrics on the Forge trading estate, Halesowen.

He was in his back garden one evening last week when he said he saw three red lights in the sky and an object he claims was about three times the size of a football pitch.

"It was absolutely enormous. At first I noticed a plane on the horizon and the I could see some faint red lights," said Mr Lowe, who is a member of Birmingham UFO."I knew they were not the strobe lights of an aircraft and they seem to be travelling towards me quite slowly.

"I rushed inside to get my video camera. It was huge because it blacked out the stars and it must have been about 35,000ft high.

"The footage is inconclusive. The problem is I was filming a black object against a black sky and my video camera is not great quality."

For more information, log on to the group's website at bufog.com. Mr Lowe has been interested in the paranormal for 11 years and the sighting last week is his third since July.
